of the Wire Art products available. All Wire Art is only
created on commission (Streetwires doesn't keep stock - we keep
a limited
stock of the most popular items for sale via this website).
We do have a sample of the products displayed on
our site that can be viewed on appointment. Would you like to
make an appointment? We'd love to hear
from you. In order to efficiently assist you, we kindly
request that you have the following information available when you
contact us: which products are you interested in; how many employees
/ clients would you like to delight; when would you like the products
to be delivered; are there other people involved in the decision-making;
when would an appointment suit you?

There is no automatisation! Each functional wire art
piece is created by hand especially for you (only on commission).
In order to deliver the products timeously, Streetwires requires
a delivery period of 4 to 8 weeks. Due to the end-of-year rush,
Christmas orders should be placed before 31 October to guarantee
delivery.

- There is no maximum order amount (delivery period is
negotiated). Streetwires has successfully delivered orders
of more than 60,000 articles for other clients.
- There is a minimum quantity per product (varies) as well as
a minimum value per order (please contact
us).
- If the order you'd like to place falls underneath the minimum
quantity we could bundle your order with others until the minimum
quanties have been reached (this could mean a delay in delivery
period).
- Buy individual items? We also import stock from time
to time, to sell
via this website or at an exhibition or trade show e.g. Wildlife
Evenement 2006 (Dutch).
There are three prices categories per order (i) up to €
2950.00 (ii) from € 2950.00 to€ 9950.00 and (iii) above
€ 9950.00. The prices shown on this website reflect the first
category. Please contact us for a personalised

In comparison to related objects (e.g. regular keyrings) Wire
Art may appear to be on the expensive side. Wire Art
is indeed a labour of love. There are no automatic processes
(such as with imports from China). Every single glass bead
/ steel wire is creatively turned into a beautiful object by hand.
For their efforts, the wire artists are paid a fair wage (Streetwires
has just been granted Fair Trade recognition). They also receive
training & guidance and are enjoying international
fame.
The prices shown on the Wire Art objects on this website reflect
the first price category (up to € 2950.00 - see price
categories above). Don't hesitate to contact

Wire Art is ideal for special events / promotional purposes!
There are numerous possibilities. You could use the standard
package tag with a little card or sticker, or you could a customised
package tag with your logo and contact details i.s.o. the Streetwires
details, as per the example below of Altra Qualita. They
also used the Streetwires message, but translated into their language.
Perhaps you'd like to give a personalised message
to your employees or clients? Virgin Unite chose the personal
message (see below). The graphic design can be outsourced of perhaps
you know someone in the business?

Payments can be made using Internet banking (banking details provided
on invoice) or via credit card (through PayPal).
Enjoy an extra 1,5% - 2% discount with 100% payment in advance!
Streetwires requires a 50% deposit on placement of the order
and 50% when the products are shipped. We offer our customers
the following payment options:
(i) 100% in advance via internet banking with an extra 2% discount
(i) 50% deposit via internet banking at order placement, 50% payment
within 7 days after receipt of the goods
(iii) 100% in advance via credit card (PayPal
- a request for payment will be e-mailed to you) with an extra
1.5% discount
(iii) 50% deposit via credit card (PayPal
- a request for payment will be e-mailed to you), 50% payment within
7 days after receipt of the goods

Firstly one should realise that all these products are made by
hand, so slight variations will naturally occur and no two products
will be identical. Secondly, Streetwires maintains a strict quality
control procedure. Wire artists use an original piece that has been
approved by management as an example. The finished product is compared
to the example before being packaged. If the product is not suitable,
it gets rejected and reprocessed.
The possibility remains however that a customer might not be delighted
with the products. In that case, they should contact us immediately
(within 7 days). A photograph of the products concerned and the
complaint should also be sent to us.
In agreement with Streetwires, replacement products or a refund
will be arranged (determined in mutual agreement).
